ABOUT
Twenty-five years. Three states. One standard.
I've spent my adult life building things—companies, homes, and the relationships that hold both together. TenFold Home Improvements and Repairs is the newest of those, and in many ways, the most personal.
Where it started
I came to the United States at nineteen, from Cracow, Poland, with a hundred dollars and no plan beyond working. Within a few years I was running my own business. Over the next two decades I built and operated five of them across Illinois, California, and now Florida—a remodeling company, multiple freight and logistics operations serving manufacturers like Boeing, Toyota, and John Deere, and a top-rated home repair business in Orange County, California.
Different industries, same approach every time: learn the work from the ground up, do it better than the alternative, and never hand a client something I wouldn't accept in my own home.
The trade side
I've been hands-on in construction, remodeling, and home services for most of my career. Along the way I earned more than twenty international home inspection certifications through InterNACHI—training that covers structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems evaluation and many more.
That background changes how I approach a project. When I walk into a home, I'm not just looking at what needs to be done — I'm reading the whole picture. How the space is built, how the systems run through it, what's behind the walls and under the floors, and whether the last person who worked here cut a corner that's going to cause a problem three years from now. That perspective comes from decades of doing this work across kitchens, bathrooms, full interiors, and everything in between. Most of the time everything's fine. But when it isn't, you want someone who catches it before the work starts, not after.
I also held real estate licenses in Illinois and hold an active one in California, with Florida in progress. Between investing in, renovating, and holding property across three states, I've seen firsthand which improvements actually hold their value and which ones just look good for a season.
Why Florida, and why now
In 2026 my family and I made the decision to relocate to Lakewood Ranch. After decades in Chicago and Southern California, we wanted something different — and this community delivered on every count.
Since arriving, I've taken on the role of VP of Sales at Oracle Flooring & Design in Sarasota—one of the Gulf Coast's premier destinations for luxury tile, hardwood, and surfaces. A 6,000 square foot showroom, an exclusive authorized Porcelanosa collection, over 100 world-class brands, in-house design consultation, and a full professional installation team handling everything from single rooms to full interiors and commercial projects.
TenFold is the other side of that. Built here from scratch, deliberately small, and run in the time I set aside for it. I take on a limited number of projects — which means every one gets my full attention from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, and it means I actually get to meet the people I'm working for. I'm not running crews from an office or handing your project to whoever happens to be available that week. When you hire TenFold, you get me.
What I actually do
TenFold handles the work I can personally take on given my schedule—general and small repairs, improvements, flooring and tile installation, cabinetry and finish work, and the everyday fixes most companies won't bother showing up for.
